Aseela's Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Aseela experience. If something isn’t as expected, here’s how we can help:

Items with Flaws
If your order arrives with any flaws or imperfections, please contact us within 10 days of receiving it. We will gladly replace the item or provide a full refund, depending on your preference.

Please note: Due to the nature of the silkscreen printing process, slight variations in color and printing may occur, and items may differ slightly from the images displayed on our website.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, email us at hello@aseelaworld.com with the subject line “Exchange - Order #(insert order number)” within 10 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please note that additional shipping fees will apply for exchanges of non-flawed items.

Returns
To return an item, email us at hello@aseelaworld.com with the subject line “Return - Order #(insert order number)” within 10 days. Refunds (excluding shipping fees) will be issued once the item has been received in its original condition and packaging (fabric bag or kraft box, and paper bag included). An additional shipping fee will apply to process the return if the item being returned is not flawed.

Cancellations
To cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, please email us at hello@aseelaworld.com or reach out via our social media platforms, and we’ll handle it right away.
